No receiving fax in my Client? |

You must set up the Fax Routing rules to route the received fax messages to users automatically according to the CSIDs(Called Subscriber Identification), Caller ID and COM port of modems.
To set up Fax Routing Rules:
- On Server menu, click Server Options, or click the Server Options button on the toolbar;
- The Server Options dialog box will be displayed, click Fax Routing section on the right side of the window;
- Set up routing rules:
a) To automatically route the fax messages which received from a Specific phone line(COM Port) to system users.
- Double-click Modems node to expand all available modems, choose a Modem, click Users... button on the right side of the window
- In the Select users dialog box, specify the users to whom the selected rules will apply
b) To automatically forward the fax messages according to the CSIDs
- Click New CSID... button on the right side of the window, then enter a CSID string;
- Select the new added CSID in the treeview, click Users... button;
- In the Select users dialog box, specify the users to whom the selected rules will apply.
c) To automatically forward the fax messages according to the Caller ID
- Click New Caller ID... button on the right side of the window, then enter a Phone Number or the last several digits of it;
- Select the new added Phone Number in the treeview, click Users... button;
- In the Select users dialog box, specify the users to whom the selected rules will apply.
- Click OK to save
