Why I get this error message "Cannot initialize Winsock, please reinstall the Joyfax Client"? |

This problem lies in that the Microsoft WinSock Control(Mswinsck.ocx) component on your computer is out of date.
When joyfax server installation is trying to replace this component, the replacement can't be finished since the component is occupied by other applications. Please exit all application and reinstall the client.
If the problem still exists, please download and install the Microsoft WinSock Control Installation at: http://www.joyfax.com/download/msWinsock.exe
