How to enable the Email Notification function when faxes sent?
Please take the following steps:
- Open Joyfax Server, click Server Options.
- In the pop-up dialog, go to the Fax to Email page.
- Mark the "Enable Fax to Email" item, then click to enable "Send email notification when fax sent" check box.
- At last, click OK to save the changes.
- The email address of the user has been specified.
- The user has been granted this right.
- Click the User-List button in the main menu, double-click a user.
- In the pop-up dialog, go to the Advanced page. In the Outgoing fax section, click to enable "Send email notification when fax sent" check box.
- At last, click OK to save the changes.
