ABOUT FREE UPDATE
In your 6-month free update period:
your license covers the version or versions of the software as specified at the time you received it.
All versions of the same "master" number (the number before the first dot, for example, 3.0, 3.11, 3.3, 3.5, 3.7---all 3.anything)
are covered by your license. If you download and install a "point" release and need a new license key because of changes to the program,
we'll provide you with a free update to the "point" release. In most cases your older license will still work, without a need to re-issue a new key.
With a major software update, when the main version number is incremented (for example, from 2.30 to 3.00),
you will be expected to pay a small update fee, usually 50% or less of a new license purchase.
We regularly send each of our customers all latest free update information after releasing new version 1-2 business days.
If you haven't received yours, or you have any questions about update please click here to leave a message,
"Update" in the subject title, including following information:
- Reference Number / Order ID
- Registration Name
- Email Address (included in your order, or used to receive the first registration info)
- Old registration code
If you don't remember all the above information, please give us the following information:
- Your name, address and phone
- When did you order the product?
- Where did you order the product? (Plimus, Regnow, PayPal, Regsoft, Qwerks, Emtrix, ShareIT, or other )?
- How much did it cost?
We'll send you new version update without charge within 24 hours.
